Appointments

Appointments are available by prior arrangement only.

If you would like to book an appointment or ask a question, you are welcome to get in touch by email.

Fees & Payment

Current consultation fees can be found on the Appointments page.

Payment is requested at the end of the consultation by card or bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. An invoice will be provided by email.

Acupuncture consultations are exempt from VAT (BTW). Chinese herbal medicine consultations and related services may include VAT where applicable.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese herbal medicine is offered through Lian.ch, a Chinese herbal pharmacy based in Switzerland with a branch in the Netherlands.

Herbal prescriptions are prepared and sent directly to the client by the pharmacy. Payment for herbal prescriptions is made directly to the pharmacy.

Consultation fees for herbal adjustments, reviews and prescription preparation are paid to Heart Space.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.

Health Insurance

Heart Space is a member of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Acupunctuur (NVA).

Many Dutch health insurance providers offer partial reimbursement for acupuncture treatments through supplementary insurance. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance policy. Please contact your insurer directly for further information.

Confidentiality

All personal and medical information shared during treatment is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Heart Space.
