Complaints Procedure

Heart Space is a member of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Acupunctuur (NVA) and works according to the professional standards and requirements connected to this membership.

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment or have a complaint, I encourage you to first discuss this directly with me. In many cases, an open conversation can help clarify concerns and find an appropriate solution together.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, you may contact the independent complaints officer (klachtenfunctionaris) through the NVA.

Heart Space is also affiliated with Stichting Zorggeschil in accordance with the requirements of the Wkkgz (Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg).

All personal and medical information shared during treatment is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Heart Space.
